Rado is the managing director and co-founder of the practice, which was established in 2019. He is a building surveyor with a first-class academic background, and he pays close attention to detail. Rado is proud to lead a team of skilled building surveyors, and his interests span both technical and strategic aspects of the profession. Throughout his career, Rado has carried out a wide variety of building surveying tasks, including project management, building condition surveys, damp and timber surveys, building refurbishment, and property management. He has a particular interest and expertise in older properties.

As the Manager of RI Building Surveyors, I am committed to driving sales, enhancing operational efficiency, and prioritising exceptional customer service. With a background in estate agency and finance, I bring a unique blend of industry knowledge and strategic expertise to my role. I have a huge passion for all things nature and find solace and inspiration in the great outdoors, particularly through mountain climbing and hiking with friends for charitable causes. I most recently completed the National Three Peaks in aid of Macmillan. Combining my business acumen with my personal interests, I bring a unique perspective to my role, fostering innovation, creativity, and a relentless drive for excellence. I am committed to leading our property surveying firm toward continued growth and success while embracing life's adventures.
